Dear Students and Parents,

Stepping into the role of Academic Dean at this institution feels less like an appointment and more like a responsibility I am honoured to carry forward. Over the years, this polytechnic has quietly built a reputation for shaping disciplined, skilled, and industry-ready technicians and engineers — and I intend to see that legacy grow stronger in the years ahead
What makes our institute special is not just the curriculum we follow, but the environment we create. Classrooms here are places where questions are welcomed as much as answers, where hands-on learning matters as much as theory, and where every student — regardless of background — gets a genuine chance to discover their potential. We come from different corners of Bihar, speak different tongues, carry different stories, yet inside these walls we become one academic family working toward a shared goal.
Our focus remains clear: strong technical grounding, practical exposure, and the confidence to face real challenges — not just examinations. Industries today move fast, and it is our duty to make sure our students move faster, adapting quickly and thinking independently.
I want every student walking through these gates to leave not just with a diploma, but with skill, character, and the readiness to contribute meaningfully — to their families, their workplaces, and the nation.
